WHAT IS ONENESS YOGA?
OUR ONENESS YOGA METHODOLOGY
The Oneness Yoga System integrates the yogic philosophy and physical asana with tantra and ayurveda principles, along with the western science of human body movement and energy systems. The lineage of yoga teachings comes through Hatha and Vinyasa roots.
While the Oneness Yoga curriculum shows extreme depth of a seasoned master, it is delivered in a tangible and logical system that can be used by anyone who is dedicated to exploring their full yoga and body potential.
The Oneness Yoga System integrates all aspects of yoga, empowering you with the confidence and skills necessary to inspire yourself and your students alike. This system unites several existing methods as well as teachings from real life experience, which is essential to understanding the purpose of yoga - the unification of ourselves as a whole.
The core process of this teaching method lies in continuous change. Your practice becomes incredibly powerful based on your current motivations, goals, and your perspective of understanding.
Learning the Oneness Yoga System and implementing it into your own personal practice and teachings, will enable you to develop a well rounded practice that provides logical sequencing knowledge. It also provides a deeper understanding of how each kosha or ‘shell’ interconnects with the others presenting total balance and unification of self.
This is the purpose of yoga - to provide a life-long journey of growth and understanding of our human nature along with the health benefits of energetic balance and mind-body control.
WHO WILL GUIDE ME?
Co-Founder and principle teacher at One Family Yoga & Fitness, Lainie believes that it is important to let go of the identities that we take on in the world (Mother, Yogi, Father, Sister, accountant etc) while on the mat. It is a time to strengthen the body from the inside out through Ayurveda (science of Life), Asana (Posture), to connect to the breath to open the body through conscious breathing (Pranayama) to calm the mind with Meditation. Time for self. Lainie teaches to the individual, she guides you gently in and out of each pose regardless of your experience with yoga so that you always feel, comfortable, confident and successful. 
Laine Jenkins is a ERYT500 teacher with Yoga Alliance and a certified Level 3 Senior teacher with Yoga Australia, she has been a devoted yoga practitioner for 16 years and teaching yoga for 13 years. In Lainie’s classes and trainings, students of all shapes and sizes will find tips, tricks, and modifications to make yoga asana work for their unique body, instead of being squished into poses for the sake of form over function. She emphasizes safe alignment and mindful transitions, and guides each student to honor the body they bring to the mat today, while being empowered to learn about the body’s intelligence and power.
Lainie’s interest in movement began as a dancer and she was later certified as an International Les Mills Trainer and Presenter and Pilates Instructor. After 20 years in this world, these interests led her towards yoga.
Lainie has further qualifications in Ayurveda, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Teens Yoga, Pre and Post-natal Yoga.
Lainie is now lead teacher and course creator of the One Family Yoga & Fitness Level 1 200hr & Level 2 150hr Post Graduate Yoga Teacher Training.

The 200 and 350 hour courses are both delivered as a part time format over a 6 to 10 month period.
These options make the course accessible to those who have non-negotiable career, study or family commitments; or who prefer to absorb and integrate the study material over a longer
period of time. 
After this time, you will come away with a profound understanding of your own personal practice, as well as the skills required to effectively pass on and teach others your new found knowledge.
